At our Oakhill Secure Training Centre, we enable boys and girls aged between 12 and 18 to deal with the significant challenges that have led them to be placed with us. Helping them find the right path to a brighter future. You’ll be creating a safe environment for them. Visible as the authority, but approachable as part of a trusted support network.

There is no such thing as a typical Secure Care Officer. It takes a team with a variety of life skills to do the best job and help these young people during their time with us. You just need to have natural resilience and patience to build mutual trust and respect with the children in your care.
About you

Your role as a Secure Care Officer will be based at our Oakhill Secure Training Centre in Milton Keynes. Every day can bring with it new challenges. Providing guidance, setting expectations and boundaries in their everyday life. A rewarding career with a salary of £38,480 per annum after successfully passing a 6-month probation period.
